THD'S PRIMARY MISSION

There are more than 60,000 hotlines listed on our site. Each hotline has a full-page description of the services it provides.

To enhance our descriptions, we permit hotline service owners to "claim their page," and add additional information about their services.

We provide our site users with the ability to search for hotline services that are all given equal exposure (unlike Google and other search engines that give preference to hotline services that buy pay-per-click ads or use search engine optimization to be placed ahead of smaller less know hotline services).

THD'S SECONDARY MISSION

We are the ONLY AGENCY IN THE UNITED STATES that tracks objective data and user reviews of America's hotlines.

Because there are no government regulations for America's hotlines, our agency's mission is to collect as much data and feedback about hotline services to share with everyone.

To succeed at our mission, we need your help. We ask our visitors to provide user feedback, after connecting with a hotline service.
